The Jefferson County Sewer Liens and Delinquent Database allow customers to view the amounts due on delinquent sewer accounts, as well as any liens owed for outstanding sewer charges.  Customers may pay their delinquent sewer charges or liens by check or money order made out to Jefferson County Sewer, 716 Richard Arrington Boulevard N. Room 800, Birmingham, AL  35203. You may also pay in person between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Jefferson County Courthouse, Room 800, 716 Richard Arrington Boulevard N. Birmingham, AL 35203.  

Please contact the Sewer Billing Office at 325-5390 to obtain the official payoff amount prior to making a payment.
